“Bought this pashmina for an Easter wedding, Good Friday actually and the sun shone all day, but loved the pashmina so much that, even though it was very warm, I still had to wear it. Such a beautiful baby blue, soft and smooth. Had many compliments on it. Was more than happy to recommend your site for purchase.”

“The Pashmina is beautiful, however, I am extremely disappointed that after having purchased three of these in December, I was not offered any discount whatsoever on any of my subsequent four purchases, each again at £30 each, so unfortunately it does not encourage me to place any further orders. Customer retention and satisfaction is essential to the success of any business. It's a shame this is not recognised or understood and that any repeat business or multiple purchases of expensive goods is not rewarded with any incentive at all to return, however small. The only discounts offered seem to be for the least expensive items. Such a shame and hence the 3 stars.”
