“When I received my Ivory Pashmina it was not at all like the picture, I thought I had been sent the wrong colour it was very white. I contacted scarf room and Ellie checked it all and agreed to refund me, or offered me the alternative very light cream. I was dubious thinking it would also be the wrong shade. The cream was very light in colour and perfect for my wedding, the material is very soft in comparison to others I had ordered elsewhere and its a good price. Can't praise Ellie enough for her professionalism in getting something else sorted. Definitely recommend and buy from again.”
