“Unfortunately, the original order was not quite the right shade. I contacted the Customer Service Team who were extremely helpful and organised an exchange for the perfect colour. “I have not bought from the Scarf Room before but took a chance and purchased the plum purple pashmina. I was not disappointed. It is a really reasonable price, great quality and such a beautiful colour. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to purchase more in the future.”
