“The item arrived, apparently scented, and there was no scent. As well, the product was hard to use for me, let alone for a 2 year old. I will not be purchasing the product again.”

Hello Jessica, I am ever so sorry you are unhappy with the product. The scent is in the sticker of the lid and has to be rubbed to activate.
