“My daughter loves her good luck fairy doll but the stitching has come loose on it's head and a small hole has appeared as a result. She still loves it though. Update: customer services got in touch with myself and were willing to replace item. Due to my daughters obsession with the doll I decided to keep it and stitch it myself. The company then sent us a free gift going above and beyond my expectations. Could not rate the customer service more highly. Thank you again”
