Dear Shannon, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you have had a problem with your delivery. I am not sure if you was aware when ordering we do have a message in bold on the Liewood sandals that states the below: These sandals run small. Please opt for the larger size, either by one or two sizes. We understand that these messages can be missed sometimes.
