“Lovely item but some details are lacking, you can’t role all the sides up at once as they all overlap. The “sleeves” for the poles don’t stay up, they slip down so a bit pointless.”

“Lovely looking tent which I’m sure our daughter will love for her birthday. Whilst we have put together to try out it hasn’t been used yet but the strength of the poles do worry me if you needed to take apart regularly etc. other than that just as expected.”

“Absolutely amazing, I had been looking for a play/reading tent for my little girl to put in our lounge. I came across this one whilst on Instagram and knew I needed it, it arrived in a couple of days, easy to assemble but so so sturdy. No poles visible as they even put covers for them, honestly worth the money and she has already had so much use out of it, it will be used for years to come”

“I bought this for my 9 month old and it took him just a few days to realize it was for him, ever since then (he’s 13 months now) he has played in this tent everyday. It’s his favorite space to snuggle his toys and to play hide and seek. I know it will be used for years to come, even when guests bring their older kids they all love to play in this tent, very easy to setup and I love that it is washable! It’s a steep price for a play tent but it was worth every penny!”

“Trying to exchange my product, but I’ve been waiting 5 days for someone to send me the returns label. I have sent numerous emails but no response. Customer service lines are currently closed too. Not happy with this service at all.... expected more!!”
