“The purchasing side of my transaction was excellent - easy to use website and great communication via emails with regards to my order. Unfortunately my parcel arrived considerably damaged - the packaging was crushed and partially open although I do believe this fault lies with the parcel delivery team and not scandiborn themselves.”

“First product ordered looked great but already the poles have pierced through the bottom. I think the feet of the base need reinforcing to avoid this. Brilliant customer service. Been sent a replacement and they are going to work on improving the product for future sales.”
