4.8 Rating 72 Reviews
Read Saxton Blades Reviews

- 255mm Diameter – 40 & 80 teeth - 25.4mm bore - 2.6mm Kerf (thickness of cut) - Pack of 2
- Ideal for along the grain and cross - cutting on softwood, hardwood, plywood, chipboard, multi-board panels, MDF, plated & counter-plated panels, laminated & Bi-laminate plastic, and Fibre-reinforced plastic
- Fully hardened steel blade body – Delivers accuracy and resists bending and deflection for true cuts. Tungsten carbide teeth provide excellent wear and heat resistance. The positive cutting angle provides fast and efficient removal of chips and swarf
- Incorporates an ATB (Alternating Top Bevel) offset tooth design, The angle of the tooth scores the surface of the wood in advance of the cut, cleanly cutting the wood fibres before the following teeth remove the chip. This provides for a much smoother cut, with much less chance of splintering the surface of the wood
– Compatible with all Evolution 255mm saws. 25.4mm bore (no reduction ring required) Suitable for table saws, mitre/chop saws and handheld circular saws.

I bought the saw blades to replace the Evolution "do all" blade. The cut finish of the Saxton blades is excellent. Firstly the bore is spot on to fit the Evolution bore with no spacer required. Then the cut, first rate especially for a cross cut where a clean cut is required. I did mistakenly hit a hidden nail - straight through it with no damage to the blade. Highly recommended...get the set of two to give you versatility...

Great results up to now.Using on par timber no tear out on reverse side of cut will see how long the 80 tooth blade lasts. I would be happy to recommend this blade. Carpenter & joiner since 1975.

The 80 teeth blade cuts really nice- nice clean edges, however the 40 teeth is terrible. Saw marks every time. I will stick with the original evolution blade .
