“Unfortunately sample was in my opinion very small and sadly a crack through the sample, which could have possibly occurred during the postal system. So all in all disappointed.”

“I did not complete my order as it is uncertain that someone would be available to receive the delivery that could have arrived anytime over a 5 day period. I need a more specific time/date/tracking info.”

“I am disappointed with the service, I ordered samples from a selection of suppliers, sadly this sample took over 2 weeks to arrive. In that time, I have now chosen and taken delivery from another supplier.”

Hi There , as we have reduced numbers of personal we have been unable to send samples out as quickly as we would like . sorry this did not meet your timescales
