“I am very pleased with the worktop and the ease of the ordering process. I was even more pleased with Savoy Timber’s customer service, when there was no hesitation in resolving a minor issue immediately and without question. It was easy to contact the company and very refreshing to speak to a lovely, helpful lady rather than a ‘bot’ or a messaging service.”

“Seems like a decent work top. Only one option for delivery though, which is £146. Fine as I thought they were coming from Lancashire and I’m Leicester. However I get a phone call to say worktops are coming from savoys supplier who are in Coventry. Which made the delivery expensive. Also they have me delivery time slot and came 2 hours earlier, after telling me how accurate the slot was (this was worktop supplier savoy use)”

“Failed on 3 attempts to deliver the correct worktop, sending the same incorrect product 3 times even though after the 2nd failed attempt I was assured by the lady I spoke to that she would personally check the item before shipping. Cannot recommend this company as their order fulfilling process is very poor. Ended up having to keep the last delivery as I had no time to await another delivery attempt. Won't be using Savoy again!”
