“The worktops arrived both damaged but was not seen by the fitter until he took wrappers of to fit, Savoy timber insisted on being sent a photo ( because it’s obvious I was lying?) as my preference was out of stock I had to choose another worktop design or wait until the end of April- I was five days without a kitchen due to faulty goods being delivered and there was no apology and no good will gesture. I also worry about one man man delivering loads of 3.6m in length worktops and wonder if risk assessments and safety at work guidelines are being followed- I feel if two men had been delivering my order chances are it wouldn’t be damaged”
