“Packaging was not great. The upstands had no individual wrapping and were sandwiched between two pieces of timber held together with a bit if tape. This meant the tops and bottoms of the upstands were exposed. Inevitably there was damage to the top of one of them. Fortunately we were lucky and able to use this piece where we cut out for the hob.”
