“Order Number: 000230840 Customer: Jason Keyworth – Doncaster, DN3 2NS I am extremely disappointed with both the product supplied and the level of service I received from this company. My order arrived and, as advised, we checked the external condition of the unopened boxes for damage on delivery. As there were no visible signs of damage, we accepted the delivery in good faith and stored the worktops ready for installation. When the boxes were later opened for fitting, we discovered that one of the worktops was incorrect and mismatched. I contacted customer services immediately at 9am on Friday 28th December and was assured that a replacement would be sent out on express next-day delivery. I explicitly explained that I had a joiner booked on site at a cost of £200 per day, and that delays would result in significant financial loss. Despite these assurances, the replacement did not arrive the next day (Saturday). When I challenged this, I was told that “despatched next day does not mean delivered next day,” which is completely misleading and unacceptable wording when customers are relying on urgent delivery for scheduled trades. As a result, my joiner attended with no worktop to fit, wasting a full paid day. The replacement eventually arrived on Tuesday 2nd December, meaning I incurred hundreds of pounds in unnecessary labour costs, along with wasted time and disruption to my project. This situation was handled poorly from start to finish. The initial supply error, misleading delivery expectations, and lack of accountability for the financial impact on the customer show a serious lack of professionalism. Due to this experience, I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone who values reliability, clear communication, or competent customer service.”

“Not actually for kitchen use, but as a desk top. Couldn't find a suitable surface long enough so built my own desk with this plus some IKEA drawers, and it's fantastic. Holds the weight no issues with a leg in the centre and great quality laminate.”

“Paid for Express delivery ( quite exspensive I feel but I was desperate) but it wasn't delivered as Express delivery due to being dispatched/ received at the wrong local hub. Not my problem but I was devastated. I was given £50 compensation doesn't even pay for my time in trying to sort it out on non delivery day. Staff who helped me sort it out were helpful and polite and followed through with promised phone calls so that was so something. But overall a very disappointing experience.”
