“Did not arrive with worktops. No notification from Savoy or driver. After contact was told it was damaged an a replacement would be sent. After 7 days I contacted to be told it would be a further week before delivery. Finally arrived but found that it had been cut wrong. Savoy apologized and offered a replacement. So after taking 2 days leave to wait for my splashback I was expected to take another day to wait for delivery. After discussing recompense for the hassle etc was offered £30. Still not received it. Not the best customer service!”

“The splashback itself is lovely but what has spoiled it is that it is terribly warped and it has made fitting so much harder You need to store them properly as it cost s a lot of money for what it is mdf”

Hi Marilyn, We can assure you the splashbacks are stored correcty, as they are 3 meters long and only 8mm thick there is some flexibility while transporting . They are also made out of mfd so there is a certain amount of flexibly for fitting against walls. If there wasn't they wouldnt manuver to fit against walls that can be slightly out. We do reccomend they are laid flat for a few days after transportation to settle before fitting. We hope your enjoying your splashbacks now they are fitted. Best regards Savoy Timber
