“Fabulous service, helpful chap on phone, prompt delivery as promised. Good quality product. Only potential issue was only 1 man delivery, luckily hubby waorking from so could help but i could not have carried the weight.”

“The worktop is satisfactory. I can't say more than that as it will not be fitted for another 2 or 3 weeks. The only problem was with the delivery. I received no notification from Tuffnells & so was unavailable for the delivery.However,despite the statements on their web site,the driver left the packages out of sight at the side of the house.Fortunately it was 'bin day' & as I took my wheely bin around the side of the house,there were the pacakages,& only two,not the three expected.Less fortunately it was,by then,dark & raining heavily .As I am 85 years of age & have some health problems I was less than impressed to have to struggle with the items.”
