“Pleased with the appearance and quality of breakfast bar. However let down by poor delivery service. I arranged to be at home all day to accept the delivery but they never turned up. This was a Friday. They did come on the following Monday and claimed the van had broken down. A quick phone call to explain this would have been welcome. The delivery driver then refused to bring the delivery into the house citing Covid restrictions. However we have had other deliveries where the men have been more than happy to come into the house - wearing masks and social distancing of course.”

“I ordered a breakfast bar which was delivered a week later. When I received it I was very disappointed as you had sent me the incorrect size. Our kitchen fitters were therefore delayed for two days waiting for the replacement to arrive. We have now received the correct size and it looks very nice. Disappointed with the inconvenience this mix up caused though.”
