“These were not delivered in the timeframe specified. We had to follow up as the customer to be advised that they were unavailable and the delivery was put back several weeks. On receipt of splashbacks, they were bowing and not fit for purpose. Due to delays we had to have fitters fit the faulty splashbacks otherwise incur further costs to fitters to return for a third time. Disappointing experience from this company.”
