“What am I rating here? The laminate sample, or Savoy's ability to put a piece of laminate in an envelope and post it? The sample: I thought I was going to receive a sample of the worktop - all 30mm thick - so I could judge the overall quality. Have to say the endless 'How are we doing?' surveys (not just yours) are excessive. If I'd spent £100s the question might be worthwhile. But why do you want to know about an envelope you've posted?”

“This sample was useful in order to tell if the shade would go with the new kitchen cupboards and to get an idea of the texture of the surface. Well worth sending off for.”
