Good Afternoon, I'm so sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with your recent order from us. I have looked into this for you and can see that the worktops were delivered and it was the edging strip that was missing. Further to your conversation with our Sales Team, we did order an additional edging strip in from our supplier for you which were then posted out to you yesterday in the post.
