“After an incorrect delivery date ( that I had a day off work for) followed by our supplier has let us down so another failed delivery date I received a phone call to say my worktops were damaged but I could have at a reduced rate I cancelled my order. Only an apology via email! Rubbish!!”

Good afternoon, thank you for your review, and may we apologise for the inconvenience caused with regards to your order. The unfortunate circumstance consisted of us running out of a worktop colour and the manufacturer then informing us that they had a delay on replenishment stock - very unfortunate I totally agree and apologise for. What we tried to do then was remedy the situation by pulling stock from other stores which we did but unfortunately this stock was damaged between stores, we unfortunately were not in a position to dispatch these out to you but as the damage was corner damage some customers do require cut to size worktops so the question was asked if this the case in your project- and we would of course have given you a partial refund. I can see this was not possible and again we apologise for this unfortunate series of events. I wish you every success with your project kind regards Savoy Timber
