“The product was good quality and arrived quickly. I ordered it to be cut to size and even called up to ensure it would be cut to size and it wasn't cut so I had to do it myself. I was given a refund on the cutting service though”

“Delivered as requested. Cut to size. No problem My problem was that I paid £10 for next day delivery. Over the weekend I assumed Monday. It arrived Thursday. Gentlemen at Savoy said it was Tuffnell's fault. It definitely wasn't mine. He said Savoy would return my £10. NO SIGN OF IT YET. Good product - poor service; MD Newman, Stafford.”
