“The worktop was well packaged and protected for transit. However, upon opening we found there was a Large chip missing out of lower front edge in the middle of the worktop. This had obviously occurred prior to packaging. Unfortunately, we could not wait a further 7 to 10 days for replacement as we have already been without a functioning kitchen for two weeks and so had to install it as it was.”
