“Really disappointed with the service. Worktop seems fine. You advertise 48hrs in bold all over your website. Your sales rep confirms 48hrs. The worktop arrives 4 days late and I have to pay a joiner and plumber to sit around. You need to take down the 48hrs and inform your sales team if this is a vanity claim and not let down customers”
