“You did exactly what I ordered, but I think the extra information eg needing an aluminium edge along one side could be more easily been made possible to instruct. As you are aware I was promised to be able to order over the phone, which would have been preferable as my sight is not good filling in forms. However, I do concede having it in writing is safer for us both. I could not fault the efficient way my order was eventually sorted out and gave me renewed faith in your company. This is my complete review.”

“Excellent customer service. I wanted an 'in betweenvsize' piece of laminate and Savoy cut it to length perfectly. Packed well enough and the courier delivered before the expected date.”

“I had two worktops cut to size. One was OK but the other was 2mm oversize. Savoy timber’s web site advertises that the cuts will be better than I could achieve at home. In fact the cuts I produced on my Evolution table saw were more accurate and cleaner cuts than those done by Savoy. Savoy’s cuts chipped the laminate on the underside of the bullnose and were pretty rough. Somewhat disappointing for the extra cost and I wished I’d just ordered the boards and made all the cuts myself.”

“I needed the worktop cut to an exact size to fit into my room. I was worried about doing it myself so used Savoy Timber's cutting service. The cut was excellent and the offcut was packed well and delivered at the same time.”
