“I recently ordered a sample of worktop which I wanted to check matched against my kitchen worktop which I didn’t know the name of which I was extending, when the sample arrived arrived a couple of days later it was a perfect match so I tried to order online but the item was not available so I called immediately but got no answer so I left a message online giving all the details only to get an email to order online , I then phoned again only to be told it was now unavailable after being told in an earlier conversation that it wouldn’t be a problem to cut the length required after checking the sample was a match!”
