“The quality of the timber looks fine ( no fit carried out yet ) However there was a number of different dates given to me regarding dispatch and delivery which I had to call the company and try and sort out myself. When the items came the bottom rail was missing as was parcel number 4 which I am still waiting for. There were no instructions given and have had to phone to ask for some which have now been sent to me online.”
