“I was disappointed with my order as what is stated in the box is not what you get. To start with, the patrices are missing and only one end cap came in the box so had to leave the top of the stairs without a cap and installed the handrail without patrices. Unfortunately, we couldn't return the item as we only checked the box once the carpenter managed to do it, which was 3 weeks after receiving it.”
