“Ordered 2 packs of roof fixings with spacers, for click and collect. The items supplied had no spacers and only 9 screws. I called the store and was told that's all we have here, we have no control on what is shown on the website. I fabricated my own spacers from plastic pipe. I contacted the website and they sent out the correct items but only after the job was done.”
