“My order was processed by a very efficient young lady the order arrived wrong sent 2.4 m instead of 3 informed immediately the efficient lady sorted straight away and gave me a delivery date of Tueday the 3rd on Saturday 31st had e mail telling me the order was out of stock and would be TBA ,I did ring and was informed they did not know when the sleepers would be in stock. The 2.4 ones are stored at my house waiting for them to be picked up WHY wasnt I offered a make up piece to cover the short fall 2.4x2 +1.2 =6m make up instead of 2x3m 6m.My project is now on hold until some one contacts me?”
