“Generally I use Savoy as they are much cheaper that the other merchants, however this time was a bit of a joke to be honest. I ordered on line and added a document with the note that all lengths should be 2.4m and no less. Got a call to say the timber was ready, when I asked if they were all 2.rm the guys said no! Told home the story of the online order and note etc. When I went to pick the order up on Saturday the lengths were all under 2.4m. the guys in the shed was very helpful and recut all the timer at desired length. Come on Savoy, if you want repeat business this ain't the way to go!”
