“Savoy Timber stated these were in stock when ordering online and would be delivered within 8-10 days. After no delivery, an email, and three unreturned phone calls, I finally got a call to say they couldn't deliver because they were not in stock, and they did not know when they would come into stock. Lady who rang said she had no control over what it says on the website. Do not list items as 'in stock' when they are not, you are selling under false pretences. This company used to be good but is now understaffed and poorly managed.”

“Ordered fence panels Sunday evening online ,delivery to take 3-5 days. Fence panels delivered next morning and panels nice and sturdy.Cracking service. Will definitely use again.”
