Very poor experience. Conflicting advice in the shop, had to chase the order up twice, took weeks to arrive. Staff blaming the production process.

Can't argue with the quality of the fence panel (or the rest of my delivery), it's excellent and very strong. Unfortunately, the delivery drivers let it down - I requested explicitly to deliver to the rear of my property as that is where the fence panel was being fitted (and the other wood being used), even went to the extreme measure of emailing detailed instructions with photos/maps of EXACTLY how to get to the rear via a separate road as there was a possibilty that I may be at work when it arrived, and I was, but still the delivery was left in my front garden where there are no fences! I had to enlist help to carry a lot of bulky and heavy items which I had PAID to be delivered to the rear.

I was given a 14 - 21 day turnaround time. I rang after 22 days having heard nothing and was told it would be the following week. I waited a week and heard nothing. I rang again and after politely expressing my frustration at, again, having not heard anything (now 1 month since my order) was subjected to a total hissy fit from the young lady (Blackpool store) about how it wasn’t their fault, it was the supplier’s fault, they were short staffed, etc etc. The manager was much more measured and balanced and conceded that they ought not to have promised 14-21 days because some orders were taking 2 months or more. I accepted his apology and I’m very happy with the product which is of good quality and the chaps helping me load into my car were helpful and obliging. Perhaps amend your website to properly reflect time scales and train your front line staff not to demonstrate hysterics when dealing with customers.
