“said product was on site and in stock. it wasnt. when i placed the order it said 3 weeks waiting. could not get to speak with anyone on the phone. must have tried 20 times. received an email 3 weeks later stating they were delivering on the saturday, but when i placed the order it stated they dont deliver saturdays, so i asked for a monday delivery. i then got an email from them giving me a delivery date 2 weeks later on the monday. then another email stating they still had not got them in stock and would be another 2 weeks. i sent them an email to say i had got someone to put the fenceing up and was already arranged for that day. they text me to say that the delivery now would be made in the afternoon. would not purchase fron savoy timber again, they are totally unreliable and cannot get n touch with them on the phone.”
