“I order doors from the website. The pictures showed the doors with glass in them. When they arrived- no glass!! After speaking to a manager. I was very disappointed with his attitude. He said they were lifestyle pictures on the website. How as a customer do I know they are lifestyle pictures. It needs to be much clearer. He said he would ring back within the hour. I’m still waiting 4 days later. Very very disappointed”
