“i ordered a deanta ely door and was sent the cheaper and less quality mexicano. my joiner lost a days pay due to savoys error. i have been buying deanta ely doors the past year throughout my property, they are superb quality but the mexicano is poor quality. they look the same but the joiner says that they cannot be cut down as much. savoy need to seperate these two products that share the same listing. i was charged for the deanta ely but supplied with the cheaper door. i now have to wait again for stock to come in and for delivery then await my joiner being available again.”
