“The first gate that was delivered was not braced (just framed), nor wrapped in any packaging. It was warped and had multiple gauges in it (see images). I contacted Savvy Timber, and after numerous phone calls and being passed from pillar to post, finally arranged for a replacement to be delivered. The replacement was delivered on Tuesday, this time it was wrapped (hooray!). Not the best craftsmanship I've seen - the tongue and groove panelling isn't adequately fixed to the main frame, but it'll do once I've sorted it out. At this point, I really cannot be bothered to have any more conversations about this blooming gate, so haven't even attempted a third replacement. Overall, go elsewhere - not worth the hassle and you don't get value for money.”

“Placed order on 1st October as website stated delivery with 3 to 7 days. Door delivered 28th October. Quality of doors not especially good. Rough sawn ends to matchboard planking and bracing joints. Had to do a lot of sanding and filling. Don't have very high hopes that this will last very long, but definitely won't be going back to Savoy when I need a replacement”
