“Complete disaster!! Was told the gate would be delivered on a Wednesday - when I rang to get an idea what time, was told it'd already been delivered!! I assured them it hadn't! Then got a phone call to say there'd been a mix up, there were none in stock, they'd have to get one from Wigan, would let me know - heard nothing since and still no gate that I've already paid for!! Do yourself a favour and give Savoy Timber a swerve!!!”

“Trade reviewer. Not the best FLB Gate out there by a long shot but did the job eventually. You get what you pay for. Product required quite a lot of finishing to get it something like. Loose boarding and crudely finished. Don't expect to just hang it and pin the braces in the desired location and paint up. You will also have to re pin all the edges to have any confidence in the thing staying together.”
