“One door had black marks on and what screws there were was not adequate to do the job, had to go and buy more at the right length. No indication when they were coming until they had arrived. If it hadn't been for these things then they would have got a higher rating”

“The door is well made and fits well. My only criticism is the gold coloured hinges which I’ll have to replace with chrome ones.”

“Poorest customer service. Colleagues are rude. Take ages to get reply on emails. I am waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks. No updates at all. 5 emails have been sent to then, no reply. I have ordered made to measure doors, but received just a simple doors which I cold purchase from any other store for less money and not to wait for 2 months. Been blamed by their admins that it is my fault, I i did not order correct sizes. Have to involve 3rd party to finally get my money back. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“My made to measure bi-fold door is a perfect fit with a tidy finish. Easy to follow installation instructions including pre-drilled holes, hinges and fittings. Highly recommend”
