“Really happy with the product and speed of delivery. Quite disappointed with the condition once unwrapped. Few dents on corners of the door. However, they do clearly say that you should check the item before accepting so I guess it's my own fault. Saying that I didn't feel like the delivery guy would have been too pleased to hang around. But I guess that not Savoy's fault.”

“Door came on time, was well made and fitted perfectly, would buy from them again, my only negative is buy you own handle as there one was rubbish, they have loads on Amazon for cheap price”

“Waited 10 weeks for door to be delivered and when it finally arrived the door had a big hole in it, caused from carrier I believe. Asked for full refund and was told 3-5 working days until we would see it. We had to email again on the 5th day to remind about the refund and got the full refund within the hour. Will not be using this company again!”
