“Order was completed quickly and the quality of the door is outstanding. Millimetre perfect, finished really nicely and dead easy to install. Looks great and wish we'd done it ages ago. Couldn't recommend highly enough - thanks guys.”

“Disappointed, product took too long to be delivered and we were not updated that the door was not received back to Savoy Timber. Product finally arrived on specified date. Product not great, will still have to undercoat due to stains on it. and will still have to fill in some areas which have already been rubbed down by the supplier.. not very happy. Would not use this company again.”

“I'm only writing this because I've been asked to. I wouldn't order anything through Savoy Timber ever again. Was given the initial delivery date, waited in but was then told they couldn't deliver as they couldn't get the truck to my address as too remote. We have a bin-lorry, a bus and many other lorries etc go past our house every day. Delivery driver called on that day and asked if I could get in my car and go meet them to collect the door (!). I have a newborn I was caring for as had to book a day off work AND I paid the best part of £30 for delivery. Then rearranged delivery for a week later (so another day off work booked) and somehow truck reached my address. On arrival door packaging was ripped, I could see the door was damaged and pieces of the track were missing so I rejected the delivery. Finally almost 2 months after ordering the door, a new one arrives, edges have split from rough handling. Savoy timber don't seem interested in refunding the postage even after everything that has happened. As I said, I would look elsewhere if you are ordering timber, doors or any wood.”
