“The doors were nice however they arrived with the hinges missing. The carpenter had to run out and buy replacements. I did advise Savoy Timber after the fact as I could not wait to receive replacement hinges. The response I received was not quite what I expected. No offer of reimbursement but rather I was told the hinges are always included, this was the first time they heard of this happening, and if I checked goods on receipt they could have helped...definitely not the best customer service I've experienced.”
