“After taking meticulous measurements I ordered the bespoke door, only to get a phone call to say the online measurements were incorrect and that the door would be 5mm thicker. I was offered a partial solution which 'wouldn't look like the door should' with both edges shaved to fit, and as I'd already paid a joiner to create the door frame, I had no option but to proceed. On arrival however, the door looked as it should be, so I'm unsure what the problem really was. The laminate is coming off around a couple of edges, so they've been glued back and the gap in the centre is noticably wider at the top than the bottom. Considering the price, I'd have expected much better. The Blackpool staff member was very polite and couteous, but having paid so much, I'm quite disappointed, as Savoy has always been my go to place in the past.”

“After short delay due to road congestion, door arrived next day, delivery crew were polite and waited until we inspected door. Carpenter who fitted door was very impressed with manufacture of door and ease with which it was fitted. Door matches exactly with fitted doors from another firm, whilst still to be oiled ,overall we are very pleased with door. Only detraction was the supplied plastic door knob, but as can be seen we fitted our own.”

“Door arrived and fits the space exactly as measured. Came pre-drilled and was easy to fit. Unfortunately came with a footprint on the top of it which *might* sand down. Also came with the veneer peeling off on one top edge. Delivery was announced the evening before and there was a mad scramble to re-arrange working commitments. With a lead time of weeks I had hoped there would be more notice.”
