“Unable to examine in delivery as this was delivered I. The morning and I was out. I didn’t receive the email stipulating delivery time until late that evening. Some of the decking boards are warped and unuseable. Decking boards are thin and will do the job for now.”

“Savoy seriously need to let their customers know exactly what they are buying in value kit write up. Bad web design and way of ordering means you aren't actually getting what is pictured above when placing order. Photos are misleading. Value kit means kits contains value boards (see elsewhere on site) and is no way different to the other kit apart from this. It's that simple yet they fail. I had to refuse delivery of mine because I wanted what was pictured. Savoy don't care that customers can be mislead by their web set up...they wish to charge me £200 for a return!! I'd go elsewhere if you are thinking about purchasing from their website. I wish I did or at least was shown a bit of understanding from a customer's view point. My advice to others, just don't order from a misleading company especially not one who are aware of how misleading they are.”
