“I am giving this 5 stars due to the quality and value of the kit. However, Delivery was shocking and communication, unless I emailed was poor. After placing the order, I got the standard emails confirming my order with the stated delivery time of 5-10 working days, I ordered this over the bank holiday so expected it to take longer than normal to due to this. However, no communication from Savoy timber regarding delivery, so an email was sent to which I was then advised that, "A i explained earlier it is going with our courier, they will be n touch with you id expect over the weekend or Mondayid imagine delivery to be next week We have been having a few issues with them - if you dont hear anything let me know" Gave it a few days after this reply from Savoy Timber, before emailing them again advising that I have still not heard from them and as they had not met there end of the sales agreement, requested a patial refund on the carriage costs (which was £135 ex VAT), to which I never got a reply to. The folling day I Finally heard from hauler with delivery around a week later it took nearly a month for my order to be delivered, well outside the 10 working days I agreed too aand then to top it off the haulier fogot to send all packages. The did however send the fixing kit first class, which arrived 2 days later. Overall, communication has been terrible, delivery time frame poor and, service from Savoy Timber, Okay (still waiting for a partial refund due to the retailer not meeting their promised delivery time frame or even a reply to my email).”
