“The decking kit itself is of acceptable quality however the delivery and customer service was poor. after placing my order i had no contact form Savoy timber utill i contacted them regarding a delivery date. the delivery date was longer than expected and not within the timeframe stated on the website. on the day of delivery i called to confirm delivery time. The delivery did not turn up at the time stated. the following day i called again to be told that the driver had run out of hours i was offered no apology for the missed delivery i was then told the driver would deliver before 9am. delivery finally turned up at 11am. poor service from start to finish really.”
