“Ordered on a Sunday got it by Friday so I say that’s fast delivery the driver helped to take it round the back garden I had a few questions and thay all got answered easy to put to gether and it looks fantastic and cheep than enywhere I’ve looked”

“One of the main reasons for purchasing the ultimate decking kit was because according to the description you receive the following in the kit. 29 x Super Saver Composite Decking Boards 3 x 4.2m Super Saver Composite Nosing Boards 6 x 2.2m Super Saver Composite Facia Boards 17 x 4080mm Treated & Planed Framing Timber 97mm X 47mm (4inch X 2inch) 2 x 4150mm Treated & Planed Framing Timber 97mm X 47mm (4inch X 2inch) From this, I assumed that the treated timber was supplied at the length specified above given the fact that the instillation instructions just state “Assemble the frame using the 100mm screws equally spacing the cross members at the other edges.” However, the packing list I received stated 17 x 4.2m Treated timber 97x47mm so I think there is an error in the description. I contacted the Wigan branch and asked why the kit is not supplied as described and was just told that the timber is only supplied in 4.2m lengths. The assistant confirmed that the timber needed to be cut to the lengths in the description. On a positive the positive side the quality of the decking is great.”
