“The majority of the kit arrived but I was unaware the nosing boards were out of stock. This wasn’t mentioned before or after my purchase and I only discovered the missing 6x nosing boards when the delivery driver informed me. I contacted Savoy and they said the nosing boards will arrive sometime before the end of the month (no exact date) and will be shipped with a 48-hour courier service. I appreciate this but I’m concerned since I’ve paid for the full kit and haven’t received the complete one yet. I emailed Savoy asking what I should do if this delivery doesn’t happen or if I never receive the missing nosing boards and what my options would be. I haven’t received a response. This is very frustrating as I’ve paid the total amount and I’m currently left with an incomplete composite decking kit.”

“My composite decking kit was missing. And still is missing the nosing boards . For 5 days no one replied or when I did get through wrong department. I’ve had email all it said was it was out of stock till July no good for me at all .customer service appalling regret spending 1200 £ for service like that I would advise avoid”

“Decking kit is good value fpr the price... relatively simple to build... biggest well done is for the delivery guys... thanks for be so kind in helping to deliver in an awkward area of the garden... cheers”

“Good swift service and high quality product. Just beware that the advert states ready to assemble but in reality you still need to cut the wooden frame to size and mitre the end deck planks. Other than that good kit.”
