“Delivery took place without arrangement (coincidence I was there to receive). Bull nose edging bent, some of timber bent to point of being usable, border clips don't fit (too big for bull nose). No reply to emails. I like the idea of the kit, having laid composite decking fuss free in the past. I would give this company a swerve.”

“Company are not accommodating when it comes to delivery, they deliver whenever they are ready and not vica versa, they’re prepared to leave £1000 product unchecked / unsigned for. Also they sent all beams over length and when questioned on it they said their suppliers sent bigger beams which they knew about, yet they still decided to send them out. Disappointing for a complete kit that shouldn’t require any cutting, not really complete is it. Also, all corner trims and facias are all bowed, which will need replacing. But apart from that the product looks the part.”
