“Unable to write a product review as the kit was delivered incomplete. Missing items: 6 x 2.2m composite nosing brds charcoal. I ordered the full kit on 16/04/2026. Kit delivered 14/05/2026. Dicovered the kit was incomplete on the 15/05/2026. Having a incomplete kit delivered has caused no end of safety issues, coupled with no communication from the company, has left me very fustrated and continually chasing a delivery date for the missing parts. As of today, there has still been no communication from yourselves reference a delivery date for the missing parts. The kit is currrently littering my back lawn, rendering it unusable during the hotest days of the year, and I will be expecting compensation. While I would like to comment on the actual decking kit itself, I'm unable to as I've not been able to put it together. Very disappointed in all aspects of this purchase so far.”
